Client side date validation doesn't accept mixed case am/pm strings
-------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TAPESTRY-2047
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-2047
             Project: Tapestry
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: JavaScript
    Affects Versions: 4.1.3
         Environment: browser
            Reporter: Jesse Kuhnert
            Assignee: Jesse Kuhnert
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 4.1.4

Given an input string of "1:30 aM" and pattern "h:mm a" the current client side validation
fails because it doesn't handle mixed case for the am/pm portion.
