Don't require a hibernate.cfg.xml

                 Key: TAPESTRY-2223
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-2223
             Project: Tapestry
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: tapestry-hibernate
    Affects Versions: 5.0.10
            Reporter: Dan Adams
            Priority: Minor

One of the default configurers calles Configuration.configure() which looks for a hibernate.cfg.xml.
Allow disabling this (perhaps using a symbol?) so that you can have applications where the
configuration is created entirely using annotations or other means. This also opens up the
possibility for applications to call the other configure() methods.
