Add a context: binding prefix to make it super-easy to reference context assets from templates
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TAP5-442
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-442
             Project: Tapestry 5
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: tapestry-core
    Affects Versions: 5.1.0.0
            Reporter: Howard M. Lewis Ship
            Priority: Minor

Yes, you can do asset:context:foo.gif but that's longer than I'd like. You really want to
use Assets to reference context assets to a) ensure that URLs are correct (short and relative
... even if the page URL shifts due to activation context), and b) get the benefits of gzip
compression, versioning in the URL and far-future expires headers.
