    Description: If a Form is canceled, then the Form should stop processing after the canceled
event is triggered . It should not progress from there through the form data, or on to the
validate/success/failure/submit events.  (was: If a Form's container provides an event handler
method for the canceled event, then that should be the last work performed by the Form. It
should not progress from there through the form data, or on to the validate/success/faillure/submit
events.)
        Summary: A Form should not continue processing after the canceled event is triggered
