Subject default scheme

        default is always http. Should depend on server scheme. check
        if env(HTTPS) has value "on" (or is there a better way?)

do you guys have access to IIS or netscape servers, to quickly check
and see if they set this variable as well?

Unfortunately, Tcl doesn't provide anything to directly check the
environment, so to do this in a Tcl'ish way (i.e., no getenv), we are
going to have to pass the interpreter around a bit:

UrlData *createUrlData(void)

no problem, though...
