Subject thrift 0.5, java cant' be compiled without ivy and network connection

It used to be (for example in 0.3.0):
   <path id="compile.classpath">
     <fileset dir="${ivy.lib.dir}">
       <include name="**/*.jar" />
     </fileset>
   </path>

Any quick fix for that?
