Hi Guys,

 I don't have strong feelings either way on this one. Because of that, if
the consensus from the team is to remove the author tags, +1 from me :)

 Let's have a vote. If you're in favor of removing @author tags from the
source code, vote below:

 [ ]  I am in favor of removing @author tags.
 [ ]  I am in favor of *not* removing @author tags.

 Once we have 3 committer votes, we'll call the decision binding and if the
vote is in favor of removing the tags, I'll create a JIRA issue about it.
