Hey Jukka,

+1 to both of your suggestions below. I'll amend the Board resolution, and then leave it open
when I send the VOTE to the Lucene PMC on whether anyone is interested in participating.

For continuity I'd also welcome any current Lucene PMC members who've
been monitoring Tika to join the Tika PMC if they want.
