I just added a patch for SOLR-537 "Command line option --list-parsers should list 2nd level parsers below CompositeParsers"
It's a small patch, mostly cosmetic. Please consider for inclusion in 0.8.

I've also added a working patch for SOLR-527 "Allow override mapping mime<-->parsers through config"
It has no tests and probably requires discussion and improvements, so I don't expect it to get in.
