The bundle plugin we're using to produce the tika-app jar consumes quite a bit of memory dealing
with all the classes and resources we are including. We could consider using some other plugin
for that, but I guess a simpler solution would be to instruct people to simply use something
like MAVEN_OPTS=-Xmx256m when encountering this problem.
