As I saw the version 1.0 and use it in production now... I extract my code and made a new

In this project, I built parser for Office, and PDF, and copy things from the original parser.

In order to avoid parsing file content, I use an argument in the context.

More over, I "fixed" custom properties parsing on docX, xlsX and pptX, as it is done on doc,
xls and ppt.
