The first image ("Im1") is painted with "q 433 0 0 324.95 81.1 369.02 cm /Im1 Do Q". The second
"image" is about 99% of that (huge) stream and it is is just a lot of lines and shapes. There's
no way to save it. You answered your question yourself :-)
(And there's also no inline image in the stream, and even if there was, we don't save these
in 1.8)
