I was able to successfully make web and package parsers optional for the office bundle but
there are some pretty hard dependencies on text.  Still really excited about removing all
poi dependencies from the package parser project.  POI still exists in cad, code, and multimedia.
 I think the more we can isolate poi the simpler dependency management will be across the
projects.
