I don't think we're too fussed about the version number. What we're probably after is something
where the API won't change significantly in the next few months, and where we won't have to
keep bumping the dependency every few weeks! So, something with a stability and supported
timescale similar to that which Tika itself offers, or at least as close to that as we can
get
