I believe I tried everything; "/htmltable.xsl",
"/xsl-examples/htmltable.xsl", "/webapp/xsl-examples/htmltable.xsl" and so
on.

It must be a WebSphere Application Server specific problem, since I have
tried the examples with success on Tomcat.
