Hi Kris,

thanks for your answer, I think that would be a possibility, but I solved it
now by using findAncestorWithClass instead of getParent, so it "skips" the
Classic Tag.

Would it be possible for you to use javax.servlet.jsp.tagext.TagAdapter to
expose your SimpleTag as a Tag?
