i don't get the last two validations:

1) the "add public" will sound redundant if we have a warning from the first validation (in
this case do we skip the first one? i'd prefer to keep only a warning, IMO that's far enough)
2) if there is 0 resource method, no call will be done  on this resource so it is not error
