Hi Stephen.

Ok, made the switch to the Maven Failsafe plugin.  Still had to disable
the SureFire plugin, btw.  But it IS running much cleaner (especially
with only one Jetty Startup!)

And I still have the issue where I needed the ejb-jar.xml file for the
EJBs to be "found" by the client.  As in, the ejbs are always getting
deployed, but only in the case of an ejb-jar.xml file being present in
the JAR can my clients find the EJBs.

I posted a test project demonstrating this to the list yesterday.  Let
me know if you need it directly (its small, the zip file is like 23k).
