Subject Spring JPA Data and Tomee+
Date Tue, 22 Jan 2013 17:13:54 GMT
Hi all,

I am newer on Tomee. I have an application on Tomee+ (1.5.1) and I trying to
develop an application using the query from the method name of Spring Data
JPA. The first step was to include the dependency in the pom file. Then I
tried to deploy the application but I had the following exception:

Jan 22, 2013 6:07:21 PM org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase removeChild
SEVERE: ContainerBase.removeChild: destroy:

Since I was not sure that all the Spring JPA Data dependencies were not
included in tomee, I left just the spring jpa dependency in the pom:

<dependency>
            <groupId>org.springframework.data</groupId>
            <artifactId>spring-data-jpa</artifactId>
            <version>1.2.0.RELEASE</version>
            <exclusions>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>slf4j-api</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.slf4j</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>aspectjrt</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.aspectj</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>spring-data-commons-core</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.springframework.data</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>spring-orm</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>spring-context</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>spring-aop</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>spring-tx</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>spring-beans</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>spring-core</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            	<exclusion>
            		<artifactId>jcl-over-slf4j</artifactId>
            		<groupId>org.slf4j</groupId>
            	</exclusion>
            </exclusions>
        </dependency>

But the problem still remains. Have you an idea about this problem? Does
someone already used Spring JPA Data and Tomee ?

Thanks a lot in advance!
