few things:

1) a rest service with a scope @Dependent is weird (jersey only supports
request scoped or singleton IIRC)
2) why is the interceptor scope @RequestScoped? shouldn't it be @Dependent
(== nothing specified)? for ejb the interceptor scope is dependent (others
doesn't mean that much)


finally follow the warning you have and it will work as expected:

"WARNING - [test.tomee.interceptor.TestInterceptor] has not DependentScope.
If an interceptor or decorator has any scope other than @Dependent,
non-portable behaviour results."

so use @Dependent interceptors
