No, I hadn't bothered setting jta-data-source.  I'd found (and reported in an earlier thread)
that setting this or not doesn't seem to make any difference in my case.  This may possibly
indicate another underlying problem.  Since your last email, I've tried setting this again
and playing around with different values in tomee.xml and persistence.xml, but nothing has
helped.

I think my issue in this case is related to all the logs showing up twice.  It seems like
all the Hibernate commands are running twice for some reason.  This means that often the second
set of commands fails, because either ether there's a constraint in place already, or the
constraint it's trying to delete has already been deleted.  I've gone through the logs in
detail, but I can't see why this could be happening.
