Sorry for the late reply Andy, I got call up to sort other stuff out!

This is how we load the properties.

schedFact.initialize(Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader().getResource(PROPERTIES_FILE_NAME).openStream());

How are you pointing to the properties in your app? Just want to try and document this for
others, so if you could just let me know exactly what steps you have taken that would be great.
