I have this inside tomee.xml

<JndiProvider id="itsector" type="javax.naming.InitialContext">
java.naming.factory.initial =
org.apache.openejb.client.RemoteInitialContextFactory
java.naming.provider.url = http://127.0.0.1:8080/tomee/ejb
 </JndiProvider>
