Subject Is there are ".service" file for TomEE Plume?

Is there a ."service" file for TomEE Plume for *unix?  As per this page 
(https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/33508/how-to-start-mysql-server-at-system-boot/)

on Fedora the proper way to get TomEE Plume to run as a service it to 
use the systectl which needs the .service file.
