Hi Ravi,

as explained JUL setup is done on the JVM so if you dont configure it
*yourself* on the JVM setting  org.apache.juli.ClassLoaderLogManager
as java.util.logging.config.class
you use JUL default config files (in the JVM itself). See
https://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/java/util/logging/LogManager.html
for more details.
