Ahhh thanks :)

Such a small mistake in the end. And just because I tried to specify them as Resource element
attributes first and forgot removing all the quotes.

you put quotes which are part of the value so indeed driver
"oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver"
doesn't exist but oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver does
