has been fixed normally in late idea versions but in 2 words you need to
setup tomee ejbd protocol (tomee.remote.support=true etc...)

If you can reproduce it with tomee maven plugin (idea is you share a
project we run with mvn package tomee:run) we could help you more
accurately.
