commit a858aadd9a3966c218fdceda5d206a6013089e11
Author: Jack Bates <jack@nottheoilrig.com>
AuthorDate: Sat Jan 28 15:25:31 2017 -0700

    SSL_CTX_remove_session() and external cache

    The remove session callback is triggered when a session is removed,
    so at best, calling SSL_CTX_remove_session() again is redundant.
    In OpenSSL 1.1 it's recursive.

    Fixes #1386

    (cherry picked from commit cf33b5bfa2cbb362cff2f13711e718f5316c8589)
