here is some better way:
1, proxy.config.http.push_method_enabled -> 1
2, modify the super mask, proxy.config.http.quick_filter.mask to allow
PUSH
3, use
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/trafficserver/traffic/trunk/tools/push.pl , as the telnet
way is too complex to calc for the content length :D
