Hi guys,

to plan for TS 5 migration, it would be nice to know a rough estimation
about when the API changes will solidify. Does the development team have
any idea?

I've seen some new APIs and some APIs being deprecated [1]. I believe the
deprecated APIs will last one major release. Is that right?
