Could you say what the properties of 'like nginx' you are looking for? For instance, trafficserver
has a way to reload configuration files without affecting existing connections... and a way
to restart after draining existing connections...https://docs.trafficserver.apache.org/en/latest/appendices/command-line/traffic_ctl.en.html
is the tool you'd use.miles
