Date Mon, 29 Oct 2018 12:17:24 GMT
Now I understood well , Its happen on destination domain would be given on origin server from
remap rule that’s the problem I wrongly given another origin server in that place .

Now its working fine .thanks jeremy payne.

Subject: RE: Cannot getting actual response in escalate plugin

Could you please give me a syntax or example of parent.config ? I tried a lot .it didn’t
work.

Remap.config

map     http://192.168.1.185:8080/     http://192.168.1.172/  @plugin=header_rewrite.so @pparam=dscp/set_dscp_32.config
@plugin=header_rewrite.so @pparam=hdr_rw_live.config @plugin=background_fetch.so @pparam=bg_fetch.config
@plugin=collapsed_forwarding.so

parent.config

#dest_ip=.  parent="192.168.1.153:80" round_robin=consistent_hash

dest_domain=192.168.1.153 port=80 go_direct=true

Above configuration 192.168.1.172 as primary origin , if I lost primary automatically switch
to 192.168.1.153 and I tried both parent config syntax . It did not redirect.

Note : Not mandatory 192.168.1.153 origin server or would like to use trafficserver also.

I have only tested 404 and 5xx response fail over.
It looks like you need to cover other 4xx response codes.
Not sure if parent selection will fail over on 401, etc.
It's worth a try though, since sometimes documentation and reality can
differ - in either way :-)..

List your origins as primary/secondary.
