    [TRAFODION-1830] Clean up server package

    Remove unused perl module (usage already commented out of sqnodes script).
    License info was incorrect in this file.
    
    Since that was the only perl module, remove setting and checks of PERL5LIB
    environment variable.
    
    Remove packaging of hbase-trx source tree. This un-needed tree was about 80%
    files in the server tarfile package.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/svarnau/incubator-trafodion dist1830
