I would add that as part of the effort towards the first release, we have
done a significant amount of work to simplify the Trafodion build process as
well as enhance the build instructions. We have also invested in making the
installation more user-friendly and robust.
+1 on St.Ack's suggestion on "develop and diversify ..."

IMHO streamlining the incubator website so it is easy for new contributors

On #5, is an important item to tackle. I suppose #1 in the 'most important
