Hi,

Thank you very much for the review and suggestions. A version with all
comments incorporated is at https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/December2015
Stack, I did not add the concern about mentors. I personally am grateful
and have learnt much from our mentors so far.
Mentors, please sign the report if you agree.
