It would be ideal to put the draft notes in the feature JIRA itself .

Fully agree with Ming, if we can have draft content of few features, so that the documentation
work can be speeded up.

It will also be helpful that the original author have a draft to describe the feature and
let Yu to edit/enhance it.

Hi all,
  As we prepare for the 2.1 release we see a number of significant improvements and features
added to Trafodion.  But several of these have not been documented yet.

Below is a list of ones that definitely need documentation JIRAs that I will create now. We
have Liu,Yu(<>) who has volunteered to own and
work on these to  bridge the gap between the features and documentation .
The request to all developers and committers  is that when you create/review a PR , please
make sure the documentation is upto to date along with the PR or ensure a JIRA is created
for the documentation prior to merging the code. For now you could assig the documentation
JIRA to Yu.  This way we atleast track the features that need to be updated and work on them.

If anyone has  any better suggestions please chime in.
