So far I applied the Eclipse Code Reformatter to uima-adapter-soap,
uima-adapter-vinci, and uima-core.  I also tried to make sure fields
come before methods in these... I think I got most of them.  But I was
pressed for time, so I skipped all the cas, jcas, and pear packages.
Those were done by people other than me so it's possible they're
already formatted correctly.
