Good point Adam !

How about this:
 - Start from the top-level descriptor
 - if ( the "imported" descriptor belong to "different" project AND this "different" project
is NOT in the "dependency project list ) {
    * generate class for this imported descriptor
} else {
    * do nothing
}

Not sure about the implementation !
