A type system (at least if it uses FSArray in it) that is converted to a type system descriptor
by using "TypeSystem2Xml.typeSystem2Xml(cas.getTypeSystem(), out);" can't be used for later
CAS creations anymore, as it is incompatible with the descriptor needed by "CasCreationUtils.createCas(descriptor,
null, new FsIndexDescription[0]);".
CasCreationUtils.createCAS throws an CASAdminException then (see below).

The serialization of a type system with TypeSystemUtil.typeSystem2TypeSystemDescription(cas.getTypeSystem()).toXML
is not affected, and so a good workaround.
