Subject Setting up UIMA Sandbox components in Eclipse

Hi,

I tryed to check out LUCAS from the UIMA Sandbox svn and use the maven 
plugin to resolve the dependencies.

Well I spend several hours trying to get it work, but its not as easy as 
it should be. Is there anywhere a good description how to use this 
project with maven?

Another question: I resolved the dependencies manually by adding the 
jars to the project. If I try to run the tests I get a lot of 
NullpointerExceptions like this:
