The CVD is useful to instantiate and then "kick off" an aggregate containing a Cas multiplier.
If the CVD is itself started from eclipse then one can simply run the whole thing in debug
mode. The equivalent of the next button would just be an appropriate breakpoint in the Cas
Multiplier, the beginning of some annotator process method, etc.

Another common approach is to run the aggregate and save all the CASes as XmiCas files. Depending
on Cas content one can either use DocumentAnalyzer to view the collection of CASes or use
CVD to load and inspect a single Cas. The CAS Editor could also be a use tool here.
