For each downloadable (you will have at least 2: the "source" - which should be more or less
a copy of what's in SVN) and 1 or more binary packagings (e.g., in the Eclipse update site),
you need to have the appropriate LICENSE and NOTICE.  If the source only includes code written
by people and donated under the ASF License to Apache, then only the ASF license is needed.
 If the source includes sources copied from other distributions with different licenses, then
those licenses have to be added.

Binaries often bundle other things coming with their own licenses / notice files.  All of
those need to be collected and put into the particular binary's LICENSE/NOTICE file.  So,
yes, you need to add the BSD and CPL licenses to the LICENSE file with a 1-liner above identifying
why they're being included (e.g. for antlr: ).
