Date Thu, 21 Jan 2016 19:35:51 GMT
- Spot checked signatures - OK
- Built from source - OK
- issues fixed - OK
- Checked README, RELEASE_NOTES,LICENSE and NOTICE - OK
- Spot checked uima_async_scaleout document- typo in Tunning Settings
describing 'service instance warm up'. The last sentence says at the end
"of the serialed CASes". - Not a blocker
- Started Broker using startBroker.sh - OK
- Deployed RoomNumber Annotator and ran a few test CASes - OK
- Installed UIMA and UIMA-AS eclipse plugins in eclipse Mars - OK
- Tested warmup with zip file resolved by location and by name - OK

[x] +1 OK to release
