Marshall Schor updated UIMA-5369:
---------------------------------
    Description:
Several things need fixups to allow Java 9 builds.

# the compiler target level needs to be set to 1.9
# the compiler needs an additional argument to include the javax.xml.bind module, which is
otherwise no longer available.
# The javadoc needs to specify the javadocVersion, otherwise it fails to discover it and uses
0, which causes the "tag" options to be ignored.
# The file FSRBTIndex is completely commented out in v3. Javadoc complains. Move this to
the unused-saved folder...
# Some errors involving trailing </p> and </html> tags.
