Marshall Schor resolved UIMA-5552.

excellent suggestion! I added a getJCas() method with a default impl to the FeatureStructure
interface; is efficient, no exception thrown, etc.

> In the new JCas FS classes, it is no longer possible to access the JCas instance conveniently.
With UIMA v2, is was possible to get the JCas containing a feature structure via `jcasType.jcas`.
Now, one has to do a `getCAS().getJCas()` but that requires catching a CASException. It would
be nice to have a convenience method `getJCas()` in JCas FS classes that does not throw an
exception.
