    Description: 
The pullservice synchronizes code in multiple places reducing overall throughput. Also, the
code creates an instance of XStream when serializing and deserializing each task. This applies
both to client (TAS) and the pullservice. 

Modify code to remove serialization and also create an instance of XStream service and pin
it to each thread both in the client and the pullservice.
