    Description: 
Extend the support for lazily-created shared immutable Feature Structures to FSArrays having
a particular subtype.  (The current support assumes there's no subtype).

Make the creation of typed arrays optional for compatibility with UIMA v2, and earlier versions
of v3.  Control this with a -Duima.  parameter
