now my directory structure looks like:

templates
  |_app
     |_layouts
     |_navigations
     |_screens
resources
  |_ui
     |_skins

but using the current directory structure, where do i need to store the xml
files and the vsl files, and what file do i call to view them
(http://something.com/.../foo.xml, or bar.vsl, or blabla.vm)?
