You can #parse or #include other templates based on request parameters by surrounding them
in #if statements.

Anything trickier, and you may need to write Java code--for instance, including the Velocity
template URL in your own Java servlet or JSP page, or invoking a Java method from Velocity
which returns a parsed template.
