IMHO there is no reason to use Texen anymore now that the Jelly
Velocity taglib exists.  Its much too easy to populate a context
using Jelly.  See my previous reply to Warner, I've included an
example.

You should also keep in mind that DVSL and Texen (or the Jelly
Velocity taglib) serve two different goals.  The former is an XML
transformation tool using a declarative syntax (like XSLT), while the
latter is a tool that renders a Velocity template.
